Description

The purpose of this modification is to delete the 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, the Department of Health and Human Services has been identified as a participant in the program, therefore, NIH cannot set this requirement aside for small business. As a result of the initial synopsis, there were no 8(a) and/or HUBZone small business concerns expressing an interest in the proposed contract action. This requirement will be solicited under full and open competition. Solicitation number 263-01-P(GG)-0070 will be issued on or about April 23, 2001. The closing date for proposals is May 31, 2001.
