Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the University of Maryland, Office of Academic Services for the following service: Developement of a Internet-based Reporting System and Database Enhancements for the Medical Product Surveillance Network. The system will provide the basis for obtaining adverse event reports from user facilities enrolled in the Medical Product Surveillance Network. All responsible sources that can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations by the due date referenced above. The award is being issued on a sole source basis because the contractor has spent the past 7 months developing the Internet Website, Database and Basic Search Engine for the MedSun Project.
