Description

This is a Negotiated Procurement Set-Aside for Small Business Only. This Procurement is for: Landscaping Improvements at the IRS Service Center, 1040 Waverly Avenue, Holtsville, NY 11742. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment for landscaping. All work shall be performed in accordance with the provided drawings and specification. There will be a site visit scheduled for 06/13/01 @ 10:00AM, all interested parties are encouraged to visit the site. Meeting place is at IRS 1040 Waverly Avenue, Holtsville, NY at the visitor's entrance; "POST 108". The Soliciation and Drawings will be available on or about 05/10/01.
