Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 14 each 375 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report is due 238 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 14 each 250 DACA. This is a Flight Safety Part. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 (Cage Code: 8V613) and The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Street, P.O. Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898 (Cage code: 15152). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
