Description

Provide full management/building operation, mechanical maintenance and maintenance repair, janitorial services, architectural and structural maintenance, trash removal including recycling, landscape and ground maintenance for the E. Kefauver Federal Building in Nashville, TN. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561210, Size standard is $5M. Contract will be for three years with two additional one(1) year option periods. Competitive 8(a) set-aside. The geographic areas of competition are limited to the 8 states that comprise Region 4 of the SBA, (Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Kentucky, and South Carolina.) Anticipated solicitation issue date of 05/07/2001. Firms responding for copies of the solicitation are to include (1) written certification/verification of current participation in the 8(a) program; and (2) written certification/verification of compliance with all other applicable SBA 8(a) program participation requirements. A presolicitation meeting is scheduled for 05/21/2001 at 1:00 at the E. Kefauver Federal Building, 801 Broadway, Nashville, TN.
