Description

Written Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, parts, and other items and services necessary to perform Schedule and Unscheduled Maintenance and Repair on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other miscellaneous equipment for the Meridian Naval Air Station, MS DeCA Commissary in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance will be for a base period of June 1, 2001 through May 31, 2002, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through May 31, 2006. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about May 1, 2001 with a tentative closing date of May 15, 2001. The anticipated award date will be June 1, 2001. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the business size standard is $5 million.
