DESCRIPTION: This solicitation is issued as a request for quote for non-personal services to provide all labor, tools, material, and transportation necessary to perform preventative maintenance inspections, calibrations, on call remedial maintenance, and service for three each government owned Heart Lung Machine to include blood pumps. Manufactured by Jostra Inc Model Number 20-153. Period of Performance is 1 May 2001 through 30 Sep 2001 with four one- year option periods. NAICS Code 811219. Size $5.0 mil.
