Description

This is a clarification to previously published CBD notices for solicitations DACW43-01-R-0708 and DACW43-01-R-0709. The due date for submittals is the close of business April 30, 2001 and is calculated based on the original CBD notification for the solicitations. The notice originally appeared in the printed CBD issue of March 30, 2001. The notice referencing the aforementioned solicitations which appeared in the printed CBD issue of April 18, 2001 corrected the sentence under "CONTRACT INFORMATION" which originally read "The amount of work in each contract period will not exceed $750,000 and the government may award each contract for a lessor amount" to read "The amount of work in each contract period will not exceed $750,000", thus eliminating the remainder of the original sentence.
