Oil is to be delivered to and spread on Forest Road 40N44 (Middle Falls Road), located 1 mile south of State Highway 89 approximately 6 miles east of McCloud, Siskiyou County, California. Spread time is estimated at 16 hours. Delivery date will be on or about June 18, 2001.
