Description

17. Contractor shall be responsible for the construction of a new ITAMS Building behind Building 6807, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The building will be a pre-engineered metal building with standing seam metal roof. Building dimensions are approximately 1800 square feet. Construction of the building shall include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and necessary sitework (grading & seeding). Contract type is Firm Fixed Price. NAICS is 23320/$27.5 Million. The estimated dollar range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, requirement will be solicited as Unrestricted. A price preference will be given to all identified Hubzone contractors as outlined in FAR 19.1307 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. For the purpose of determining small business size as it relates to this acquisition, in order to be considered a small business firm, a business concern and its affiliates annual revenue for the past 3 years must not have exceeded $27.5 million in order to be classified as a small business concern.
