- Description
- Project consists of adding 2400 sq. ft. to the Mark Twain Supervisors Office, Rolla, MO, Phelps County. Materials will be furnished by the Contractor. Contract time is 180 calendar days. The price range is $250,000-$500,000. Bidders must furnish a 20% Bid Bond, and if successful bidder, must furnish a 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond within 15 days of notification. This project is open to small and large business concerns.
