Description

Modifies solicitation to say THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR AWARD TO A CERTIFIED HUBZone SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN. In accordance with Title IV of the current Appropriations Act, evaluation criteria will include a scoring adjustment benefit for local contractors, defined as those with a established business address in the counties immediately adjacent to the Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forest (Okanogan, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Kittitas and Yakima). Also the Government Estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 -- includes options. Documents will be available approximately 4/19/01. The rest of the description is the same.
