Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, New Orleans, LA is requesting DETAILED PROPOSALS to provide exterior enviromental maintenance, landscape maintenance, and high pressure water washing for the grounds, parking garage and canopies located at 1601 Perdido Street. Proposals will be evaluated on (1) Technical Approach, (2) Organization, Personnel, Facilities, (3) Past Performance and (4) Price. Award will be made to only ONE (1) company providing the best value to the government. The period of performance will be a base with four (4) one-year options to renew. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561720 and a size standard of $12.0M is applicable to this acquisition. Solicitation packages will be available on or about Wednesday April 25, 2001. Request for solicitation packages must be in writing. Request can be faxed to (504) 589-5289.
