- Description
- Provide outpatient assessment and counseling sessions for transitional drug abuse treatment services for male/female Federal offenders in or near Augusta, Maine, held under the authority of various United States Statutes. A firm fixed unit price requirements type contract with a one year base period and four one-year options is anticipated Performance period for the base year is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. The base year and four one-year options shall include services for 5 inmates as follows: one intake assessment per inmate; 12/30-minute individual counseling sessions per inmate; 12/30-minute group counseling sessions per inmate; and 2/30-minute family counseling sessions per inmate for 2 inmates. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled, "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT)" dated November 16, 1999. Valid program licensure and/or certification in the State of Maine is required. The estimated Request for Proposal (RFP) issue date is May 16, 2001. Estimated RFP closing date is June 28, 2001.
