Description

The Governments intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Information Handling Services, for providing an internet base system via a commercial off the shelf web browser, that provides technical data solutions through research. The search engine provides information on Federal and Military specification and standards, U.S. and Canadian commercial standards and selected European standards. The researched documents are viewable in PDF or HTML format, they are fully printable and they are downloadable to a hard drive or a floppy disc. The services will be utilized by the following NAVFAC locations: (l) Norfolk, VA, (2) Charleston, SC, (3) Pensacola, FL, (4) San Diego, CA, (5) Pearl Harbor, HI, (6) Washington, DC, (7) Philadelphia, PA, (8) Great Lakes, IL, (9) Poulsbo, WA, (10) San Bruno, CA and (ll) Port Hueneme, CA. The RFQ will be for one base year plus 4 option years. Numbered Note 22 applies. This office will no longer issue a hard copy RFQ. Potential offerors are hereby notified that this RFQ will only be available by downloading the document from the following website: http://neco.navy.mil.
