Description

The purpose of this modification is to extend the closing date, correct the unit price and incorporate technical information. A. The closing date is extended from April 6, 2001 to April 20, 2001 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time. B. The unit price is changed to read from seats to sets. C. The software is made by Payback Training Systems, Inc. It is a stand alone software. All interested parties may respond in writing with information on their product and services with sufficient technical and cost information to allow for a detailed evaluation. No telephonic responses will be accepted. No additional synopsis will be issued.
