Description

22 (NOTE: PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER FIVE DAYS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 4THG21013127 and is issued as a request for proposal. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 06. This requirement is not being set-aside. Reference SOW via web link in block (18) below. Period of Performance will be anticipated award date of 5/1/01 plus 12 weeks. Services will be performed at US Army Safety Center, Building 4905 5th Avenue, Fort Rucker, AL 36362. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, award will be made to the offeror who best meets the technical requirements at the lowest price; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (a); (b) (1), (3), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals may be submitted via the IT-Solutions web site at http://it-solutions.gsa.gov.
