Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), WESTHEM Computer Technology, Multi-Site Contracts and Midwest Area Commands Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source contract to KM Systems, Inc., 3225 Shallowford Road, Suite 1000, Marietta, GA 30062-1275 for the acquisition of software license for the following proprietary products: InfoQuest/Q-Link installed on CPU Unisys/Clearpath located at Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) Ogden, Utah and DECC-Detachments San Antonio, Texas and Montgomery, Alabama. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software must indicate their interest within 3 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-229-9592 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract.
