Description

(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation No.F19650-01-Q-0017 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 541511. Upgrade Maintenance and Telephone Support KeyCare Plus Maintenance for Upgrades and Telephone support for 1 year effective 1 May 2001 -- 30 April 2002 (iii) CLIN 0001: KeyCare plus support NT Server, Part Number MT 6370 (1 each). (iv) CLIN 0002: KeyCare Plus Support Level 4 Optical, Part Number MT 6431 (1 each). (v) CLIN 0003: KeyCare Plus Support Concurrent Desktops, Part Number MT 6140 (119 each). (vi) CLIN 0004: KeyCare Plus Support Dedicated Desktops, Part Number MT 6150 (30 each). (vii) CLIN 0005: KeyCare plus Support Multi Fax, Part Number MT 6510 (1 each). (viii) CLIN 0006: KeyCare Plus support OCR, Part Number MT 6510 (1 each). (ix) CLIN 0007: KeyCare Plus Version Control, Part Number MT 6660 (1 each). (x) CLIN 0008: KeyCare Plus Support Extranet Access, Part Number MT 6340 (1 each). Contractors responding to this solicitation shall provide pricing on all of the CLINS. Proposals that do not include prices for all of the CLINS will not be considered. The following provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 97-24 apply.
