- Description
- The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center -- Washington, on behalf of CECOM Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD), Humanitarian Demining Team proposes to negotiate a sole source contract with Pearson Engineering Ltd. of Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, for a Rotary Mine Comb (RMC). The contractor is to fabricate, test and demonstrate a full size RMC which is capable of unearthing anti-tank landmines from agriculture land and unpaved roads using rotary combs. See Note 22.
