This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format set forth in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The proposed contract is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other then HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. Request for the following item(s): 6 each HP 1055 DesignJet large format plotter Model Number C6075A 36" format, 128MB 136 Adobe type 1 Typeface, 10/100T NIC, Hot swappable single color ink cartridge. Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is National Imagery & Mapping Agency College, 5850 21st Street, Building 211,classroom #11, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18 and NAICS is 334111. Note that 52.212-1,Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. In addition, the clause at 52.212-5,Contract terms and conditions required implementing Statutes or Executive orders-Commercial Items apply to this solicitation.specifically the following clauses cited are applicable: 52.222-26,Equal Opportunity: FATR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for special disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; FAR 51.222-36,Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers.
