Description

Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for a Variable Angle Spectroscopic Ellipsometer (VASE) system with manual sample translation option. The system must be a stand alone system and have the following options: Infrared wavelength range extendable to 1700 nanometers, UV wavelength range extendable to 193 nanometers, addition of compensator, automated or sample translation in the sample plane, and upgrade focusing to reduce spot size diameter to 200 or 100 micrometers.
