Description

This is an amendment 02 to a combined synopsis/solicitation number N00173- 01-R-HA02, issued on 16 March 2001 for the acquisition of CLIN 0001 -- an XRD System. The purpose of this Amendment is to change the requirement from a restricted acquisition, 100% Small Business Set-Aside, to an unrestricted acquisition.
