This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the following item: NSN: 5970-01-025-5080EW, Insulator Washer; P/N: 008-011431, Quantity: 3234 Ea. Delivery: Aug 31, 2001. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
