Description

Construct a pre-engineered ROMTEC shower building. Detailed plans for the building and all of the building supplies except for the items listed below will be provided by the Government. The building is a pre-engineered shower/restroom building known as the Romtec, Inc., Sierra II Stretch 5 Pak -- 3 Restrooms and 2 Showers. The building has three handicap accessible, unisex restroom units; one handicap accessible, unisex shower unit; one regular, unisex shower unit, and a mechanical room. The building dimension are 12'8" x 25"4'. The building shall be constructed at Sylvan Park, Wilson Lake, Kansas (near Russell, Kansas). The Government supplied items under this contract include the licensed professional engineered approved plans, dry stack interlocking split face concrete block exterior f'm- 1500 psi concrete, wall vents, doors, door frames, door handles and hinges, wood truss roof with plywood sheathing and metal roof, louvered vents with steel frames for windows, handicap grab bars, mirrors, toilets, lavatories, shower hardware, shower bench, ceiling insulation, light fixtures, electrical panel, water heater, photocell, water hydrant, gas furnace, and drinking fountain. All building materials and components are located mile from the site. This contract shall include transporting the materials from the storage site to the building site (maximum load 3,500 for a pallet of CMU blocks). This contract includes the following work: 1. All labor and trades for installation of the building, slab, 8' wide sidewalk, 95' sewer line and connections to septic tank (septic tank already in place) and building, 115' of water line and connection to existing line and building, 100' propane line and connection to building and existing tank, and 95' of electric line and connection to building and existing pole. 2. Concrete for wall, slab, sidewalk, and footing construction, concrete forms and concrete reinforcement, 3. Structural fill 4. Toilet paper dispensers, 5. Plumbing rough-in -- all pipes and fittings for water and sewer -- including blow-out valve for winterizing and installation of slab heating system, 6. Plumbing top out -- install all government supplied fixtures and plumbing, 7. Electrical rough-in -- all conduit and wire for rough-in, 8. Electrical top out -- install all government supplied fixtures and electrical, 9. Sewer connection, 10. Install 6 floor drains, 11. Provide pump and install for in slab heating system. Schedule.
