- SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: DAAH23-01-R-0542; PRON: AX1F0256AX; NSN: 1615-01-078-5716; Quantity: 144 each, with 100 percent option quantities for two additional years; Part Number: 70351-08042-041; Restricted to Laumann Manufacturing Corporation, and Precision Gear Incorporated; Noun: Shaft Assembly, Quill, Input; NAICS Code: 336413; Closing Date: 2001 June 01; Applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 48 each 350 days after contract award (DACA), and 44 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 44 each 280 DACA, and 44 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
