- Description
- Anticipate awarding a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with two-one year options. Size/Dimension: Approximately 36 inches by 24 inches. Form/Fit/Function: Provide maximum safety to infants with proper use and operation. Predominate material: Neoprene coated nylon. Applicable: Multiple Aircraft. Basic Year Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): 70 each, First Option Year BEQ: 965 each and Second Option Year BEQ: 91 each. First Article, Contractor Testing is applicable to this requirement, First Article Test Report will be required. First Article Contracting Testing may be waived if contractor meets the criteria cited in the solicitation. Delivery Requirements: 100 each within 90 days after receipt of order. Government Bid Sets/Drawings are available. Contractors should contact Ms Gerrie Evans via email (Gerrie.Evans@robins.af.mil) to request a password to access the web site for downloading the bid sets. Contractors must be certified for Export Control prior to receiving a password to this web site. Contractors should call the US/Canada Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572 to obtain certification. Requests for bid sets will only be provided through Ms. Evans. Please contact Ms. Evans if you are unable to gain access to the bid sets web site using your password. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
