P/N#: Per approved source: 4F50156-140A Lockheed (Cage Code: 98897); Prior to viewing Engineering Data (if approved source), go to http://pkec.robins.af.mil for proper certitication. 1st Article (Gov't testing) required and due 150 calendar days from date of contract, via data pachage and AFMC 260, and T.O#: 1C-5A-4-1, Fig: 116, Index: 102A. One panel will be submitted for dimensional testing, as well as form-fit and function testing. 1st Article will be come the production quantity. 1st Articles will not serve as a manufacturing standard. Special requirement / Production Facilities is required (which means the 1st Article offered must be manufactured at the facilities in which that item is to be produced under the contract). A certification to this (web site) in effect must accompany each 1st Article which is offered. Condition(s) for waiver of 1st Article approval only applies to offerors who have previously furnished production quantities of the same or similar article to the prime contractor for delivery to the Air Force; Offerors currently in production of the same or similar article for the USAF and who have previously furnished production quantities of the same or smiilar articles to the Air Force; Thus exhibited satisfactory performance in service, in the optionion of the Air Force (W/I 48 months or less). Disposition of approved 1st Article will be forwaraded to USAF Supply/ Authority to increase production (approx.) quantity intent could be 2 each, but will be determined via cycle compution.
