Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, tools, transportation and management necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance Inspection Services (PMIS), service calls, and repair work services for various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and associated equipment, including testing by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity type contract at the Naval Marine Corps Reserve Center, Lehigh Valley, PA. The procurement will be obtained utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The performance period is for one year from date of award plus four 12-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is $5.0. This solicitation is restricted to small business concerns. The availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Specifications WILL NOT be provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge; however some specifications may take a considerable amount of time to download. All prospective quoters are required to register on the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ESOL website for this procurement WHEN specifications become available. An official planholder list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. If you fail to register, the Government cannot be responsible for your being notified of any amendments to the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until on or about 05 May 2001. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet.
