Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to construct a new administration offcie building and associated infrastructure. Work includes demolition of existing abondoned office building, site and utility development, excavation, foundations, masonry, concrete, metal roofing, mechanical, electrical, communication, plumbing, paving, landscaping, interior finishes, and all systems typically associated with building construction. Work under this contract is located in Lincoln County, NV in the city of Caliente. Estimates price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
