Road Decommissioning, North Umpqua AMA/Matrix ERFO Road Obliteration project; NAICS 234110; work includes excavation, culvert removal, fill pullback and placement, outsloping, ripping, cross drain construction, riprap placement, mulching, seeding and road closure barrier construction; the project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000; work is limited to the period July 16-October 31; other limits apply; this is a Request For Proposals; Offerors are required to prepare Technical Proposals in addition to price proposals; technical proposal elements include past performance history, descriptive site-specific technical approach and equipment capability at two work segments, one at a stream crossing culvert removal location, and one through a section requiring road fill pullback, outsloping and ripping; award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history See Note 27.
