Description

Single award term contract for pocket checklist and guides, for the Document Automation & Production Service, St. Louis, MO. THIS CONTRACT IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES ONLY. BIDS RECEIVED FROM FIRMS WHICH ARE NOT SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Trim sizes are -- text pages 4-1/2 x 7-7/8 inches including tab up to and including 5-1/8 x 8-1/4 inches including tab (tabs may be located on the top, bottom and/or side. Government to furnish camera copy, illustrations and/or photographs. F.O.B. contractor city for all mailed quantities and f.o.b. destination for all bulk deliveries to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Quallity level 4 has been asigned to this contract. Telephone requests will not be honored. Bid request on firm's letterhead while supply lasts.
