Description

Operation and maintenance of the "Scanning Hydrographic Operational Airborne Lidar Survey" (SHOALS) system, and technical support for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX). Work consists of providing technical expertise for system operation, including 3-dimensional aircraft positioning, maintenance and repair of the system, data collection, data reduction and supporting activities directly related to these functions. Work will be performed in the office and in the field (continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, and in foreign countries). Contract will be fixed-price, IDIQ type. Delivery orders will be awarded with individual scopes of work and funding. Contract period will be one basic year with four one year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. All interested parties may submit a proposal which will be considered. NAICS code is 541360(SIC 8713). No additional media (CD Roms, floppy disks, or paper) will be issued unless the Government determines that it is necessary.
