Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury has a requirement for a contractor to establish and administer a Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) program for current and future active OCC employees. The OCC is a non-appropriated federal financial regulatory bureau of the Department of the Treasury with approximately 3000 permanent employees in 100 cities nationwide and in London, England. The associated SIC is 8099 and the business size is $5M. OCC will award a contract containing a base year and four one-year option periods. The anticipated issuance date of the RFP is on or about April 30, 2001 with a closing date of May 30, 2001. The due date for propsosals is merely an estimate. The ACTUAL date will be stated in the RFP. The RFP and any amendments will be issued electronically through the EPS www.eps.gov at the Treasury Department page. Interested parties are responsible for printing the RFP and related information from the eps web-site and provide the Contracting Officer with their company name, address, contact name, telephone number and email address. Hard copies of the RFP and any amendments will not be issued. Proposal should be mailed to the above address and must be received by the closing date. All responsive offers from responsible sources will be considered.
