Description

The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA)/HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), is soliciting quotations from responsible organizations or individuals with the capability to provide contract services to HAB. This solicitation is offered in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13. The Contractor shall conduct a review of the Ryan White CARE Act Title IV programs (program focuses on providing comprehensive, community based, and family centered services to HIV infected children, youth, and women, and their families) that provide services in rural and under served communities where the HIV/AIDS epidemic is increasing. Examine service availability in areas where the epidemic is increasing and no Ryan White Title IV funding is current allocated. Analyze impact of providing comprehensive family services to women, children and families infected/affected by HIV/AIDS but living in communities that lack sufficient resources to provide needed care. Identify technical assistance needs to enhance services to hard to reach rural populations. The Contractor Shall develop recommendations addressing the enhancement of development of coordinated systems of care in communities where the epidemic is increasing and limited or no White Title IV funding is available. It is anticipated that a purchase order will result from this solicitation with a period of performance is twelve months after receipt of order.
