Description

Contract support services are required for developing, improving, and conducting wargames using the Enhanced Naval Warfare Gaming System for instruction in support of the Tactical Training Group, Pacific, in San Diego, CA. The performance period is for a base period commencing 1 October 2001 with 4 optional periods of performance. Some travel may be necessary in support of remote war games. The annual level of effort is approximately 47,000 manhours. Proposal requirements include an oral presentation to be conducted in San Diego, Ca. This is to provide the notice promised in the CBD publication submitted on February 9, 2001 [number 50D3C5]: As of 11 April 2001 the solicitation has been released to the Navy's Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website [www.neco.navy.mil.] Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be available from the Bid Officer.
