Description

Provide labor, materials, & facility for the interpretation of x-rays for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Ogden, Utah for patients of the VA Salt Lake City Healthcare System. The contract will run from June 1, 2001 through May 31, 2002 with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The contract will be a fixed-price commertial type contract.
