Description

Services -- This is an amendment to the A-76 Cost Comparison Study for the Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant, located in Old Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA. A two-phased, best value selection process will be utilized for this source selection. The solicitation, Phase I, is a full and open competition Request for Qualifications. Qualified offerors from Phase I will be invited to submit proposals in response to the Phase II Request for Proposal (RFP). Due to the unique feature of this solicitation, the Government will provide the Contractor maximum flexibility to determine specific work methods that satisfy the performance-based requirements in the contract. Release of Phase I, is on or about 30 Apr 01, and will be posted to FedBixOpps Web Page, http: www.fedbizops.gov/. Contractors who previously requested a copy of the RFP, need not to re-submit.
