Description

This notice amends Submission No. 497367. This amendment applies only to rehabilitation counselors who live in zip codes beginning in the digits of 283, 270, 271, 272, 273, and 274 for the area of North Central, North Carolina. The deadline date for rehabilitation counselors, who live in the indicated area to submit application packages requires postmark date and/or receipt of application packages no later than April 20, 2001. All counselors who live in these areas and wish to apply are required to contact Larry Williams by telephone on or before April 20, 2001 on 904-357-4728. The telephone call, and discussion with Mr. Williams are required before an application package should be submitted.
