Description

On or about March 30, 2001, a presolicitation notice for Natural Resource Damage Assessment support services was posted in the Commerce Business Daily and the FEDBIZOPS website. (Reference NOAA Solicitation Number 50-DSNC-1-90013). This presolicitation notice is hereby revised to include the following: The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to identify the anticipated date that a formal solicitation document will be available, and invite interested sources to request a copy of the document. The solicitation will include detailed information about the services required as well as specific instructions for preparing a proposal to provide these services. It is estimated that the solicitation document will be available on or after May 1, 2001. All responsible sources interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation document must provide their name, complete mailing address, phone number and email address to the contracting officer. Requests for the solicitation document may be sent via email or writing to the Contracting Officer at the following address: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Acquistion Management Division, Attn: Robert Ransom OFA 61, 1305 East-West Highway, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910.
