Description

The contractor shall install a complete 720 port, MultiLink System 700 Audio Conferencing Solution, de-install all existing System 70s, and provide one year of system maintenance and technical support after installation. Place of performance is the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Teleconferencing System (VANTS) facility, located at the Martinsburg Operations Center, Martinsburg, WV. The periods of performance are as follows: (a) System 700 installation -- ninety (90) days from award of contract; (b) System 70 de-installation -- ninety (90) days from completion of System 700 installation; and (c) System maintenance / technical sup-port -- one (1) year following System 700 installation. The required system is available from only one source, MultiLink, Inc., of Andover, MA. Consequently, only that source will be solicited, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
