Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Research and Special Programs Administration intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) under authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth under FAR 6.302-1, for research and development services in support of establishing and prioritizing DOT national science and technology policy issues. Services will be Government-University-Industry Research Roundtable. Contract period of performance will be for a base period of 6 months with up to four (4) 1 year options.
