Description

The USMC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a contract with Simunition a Division of SNC Technologies, 5 Montee des Arsenaux, La Gardeur, (Quebec), Canada, J5Z 2P4 under the Foreign Comparative Test Program. Simunition will provide Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) training sub munitions available for integration with selected Tactical Engagement Simulation System (TESS) and training devices capable of 5.56mm and 7.62mm (linked and non-linked rounds) caliber weapons for near term production. This requirement includes the integration of mutually enhancing force-on-force training sub munitions with existing TESS training devices.
