Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial service. This announcement constitutes a synopsis only. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business concerns with an annual income of 11.5 million or less. The solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code for this project is 235110. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, personnel, supervision, and other terms and services necessary to perform semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance service and emergency services to powers number 420, hydroguard mixing valves at the Veterans Affairs West Los Angeles facility. The intended contract will be for a base period of one year with the government's option to extend the contract in one-year increments for four (4) one-year option periods. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 23 April 2001 with proposals due on or about 15 May 2001 (2:00PM).
