Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F34601-01-Q-49568. The solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP). Closing bids will be received at the issuing office until 3:00 PM on 27 Apr 2001. This a requirement for Line Item 0001; NSN: 2840-00-491-5767OJ; Function; The structural of the Turbine Inlet Casing is as follows: Six Hollow, supporting radial struts interconnect the outer and inner shells. The outer shell mounts to the outer Combustion Casing and inner casing liner. Six first stage vane assemblies, contained within the turbine inlet casing, provide the stator for the first stage of the turbine. Qty: 52 ea, P/N: 6859680, Dimensions: Overall length,: 4.201 inches Min and 4.211 inches Max Diameter: 19.751 inches Min and 19.757 inches Max; Predominate material is Steel;.
