Description

The Mobile Utilities Support Equipment Division of the U.S. Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, CA, has a requirement to procure one to seven 800kW generators and/or one to seven 1500kW generators. This is a firm-fixed priced indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity procurement with a base year and four option years. Delivery orders may consist of a minimum of one and maximum of four units per year and may vary in unit size. All units shall be new and commercially available, diesel engine driven, prime power, utility grade, self-contained mobile generator set which shall not be used as military tactical equipment. Bid opening will be conducted on May 14, 2001 at 1330 hours, Building 41, Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, CA. The solicitation and any applicable attachments are located at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil/. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to e-sol no later than April 12, 2001.
