Description

The Forest Service requires removal and disposal of damaged bridge railings, installation of new bridge railings and approach railings. Additional work includes blading, shaping, and asphalt paving of approaches to bridge, and also minor road work. The project is located on the Plains/Thompson Falls Ranger District, Lolo National Forest, Sanders County, Montana. This project will be advertised as a written quotation, and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Quotes are due May 29, 2001. The estimated start work date is July 2, 2001. The performance period is approximately 450 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
