- Description
- The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will convene a one-day meeting on April 23, 2001, with representatives of the insurance industry and related businesses interested in learning about the current status of the Federal Long-Term Care Insurance Program. The meeting will focus on OPM's benefit plan, underwriting issues, contracting strategy, legal and financial issues, and other operational matters. Information related to the Request of Proposal, which will be released on/about June 2001, will also be provided. The meeting will be held on April 23, 2001, at 1900 E Street, NW, Room 1316, at 1:00 p.m. and is open to all interested parties. If you plan to attend, please send either Mr. John Cutler or Ms. Laura Lawrence an email by April 19, 2001. Include in your email your name, company, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
