Description

This will be a solicitation for commercial items. A requirements type contract for one year with two 1 year options is anticipated. The Best Estimated Quantity is 3,705,000 pounds over the 3 year period if both options are exercised. Delivery will be fob destination in contractor furnished tank trucks into contractor and government furnished storage
