Description

USAID/Ethiopia invites sealed offers for the supply of medical equipment for various clinics and health stations in some localities. The source/origin geographic code is 935, i.e. open to all eligible countries. Delivery is CIF Addis Ababa, Bole International Airport Customs Warehouse within approx. 90 days from placement of order. Offers are to include all costs up to delivery point exclusive of import duty and taxes. Payment is to be processed on delivery of the goods and submission of proof of arrival from customs office. Offers have to be valid for at least 60 days. Original catalog and literature for all and drawing and installation procedure for bigger machines is a requirement. Award may be made for the complete package or on an item (lot) basis. Documents have to reach to our office through our address above or through our pouch address: USAID/Ethiopia, Department of State, 2030 Addis Ababa Place, Washington D.C. 20521-2030, prior to the deadline, May 31, 2001 1700hrs Addis Ababa time. Late offers are not to be considered.
